Biography

I am the owner of the popular Veg Plotting blog with over 1,500 articles written on gardening, food, science and lifestyle topics. I'm currently looking for interesting collaborations, such as the #PlantoftheWeek features I wrote for FloodRe in the run up to Chelsea Flower Show. I've contributed previously to The Guardian Weekend, Green Spaces, and Wiltshire magazines, plus online contributions to BBC Gardening, Gabriel Ash, Reader's Digest UK, Sarah Raven and The Guardian gardening blogs. Previous online PR work includes website, newsletters and social media for West Green House Garden, Hampshire. Education work includes the development of volunteer weekends at Kew and the Natural History Museum. Blog award finalist for GMG in 2009, 2012-2014. Former GMG Committee member with responsibility for the Guild's social media output 2012-2015.
