Biography

Ann-Marie Powell is a renowned garden designer, TV presenter, journalist, and author. With an impressive portfolio, she combines contemporary design with innovative use of materials in a naturalistic style. As an award-winning designer, Ann-Marie has received accolades such as RHS Chelsea Gold Medals, as well as being the official designer for the RHS 'Greening Grey Britain' Garden at RHS Chelsea in 2016. She has also designed the RHS BBC Countryfile Garden at RHS Hampton Court, which was three times larger than a large RHS Chelsea Show Garden. In addition to her design work, Ann-Marie is actively involved in promoting gardening and landscape, she has presented over 20 gardening programs, including The Great Chelsea Garden Challenge, and BBC coverage of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Ann-Marie's passion for gardens and landscapes extends to giving engaging talks at conferences, seminars, workshops, and gardening events.
