Biography
M.T. is a freelance gardening writer and speaker. She has written for local, regional, and national publications, both online and in print, and has been involved in national gardening campaigns. A keen advocate for encouraging people to #givegardeningago, she has been featured and quoted in print, online, on radio, and in social media video and live broadcasts.
M.T. is editor of Scotland Grows magazine, and host of the Scotland Grows Show podcast, both dedicated to celebrating real gardening in Scotland, empowering the buoyant Scottish gardening market.
Additional Interests
M.T. is particularly interested in gardening for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and is a Fieldworker for Trellis, the Scottish therapeutic horticulture charity. She sits on the strategic planning group for Scone Palace Garden Fair, on board of the Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society, and has been a RHS Schools Garden Mentor.
