Tickets are always reserved for the shortlisted entries. After the short-list is announced in mid-October, more tickets will be available as some short-listers will already have a ticket. In the past, those who are on the waiting list at this stage have usually been able to buy a ticket, although this cannot be guaranteed.
We’re thrilled to announce that tickets are now on sale for the most anticipated event in the gardening calendar—the Garden Media Guild Awards Lunch!
Join us on November 22nd at the stunning Savoy Hotel in London, where the gardening media’s brightest stars will gather with the up-and-coming talent to celebrate the best in the gardening media 2024. It’s a chance to emerge from the potting shed, change into your favourite finery and join us for a few hours of fun, fabulous food and friendship.
We’ll start at midday with a sparkling champagne reception, followed by a wonderful lunch in The Savoy’s Lancaster Ballroom and the Awards presentation. The afternoon will end at 5.30pm, so there’ll be lots of time to catch up with friends and colleagues.
Save money and book your ‘earlybird’ tickets before 4th October! But please note – this event usually sells out fast so don’t make travel arrangements until you know you have a ticket!

Early-bird tickets, bought before 4th October, cost:
£89 for Full members and Probationers,
£160 for Associate members,
£185.25 for Friends of the Guild, and
£195 for non-members.
After 4th October, tickets cost:
£97 for Full members and Probationers,
£176 for Associate members,
£203.30 for Friends of the Guild, and
£214 for non-members.
Tickets are non-refundable.

Delegate Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you book your place.
Event entry is in the name of the person purchasing the ticket and cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable but if you contact us at the earliest opportunity we will try to re-sell them if there is a waiting list. This cannot be guaranteed and incurs a 10% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, cancellations must be made 48 working hours or more prior to the event by contacting admin@gardenmediaguild.co.uk.
Waiting List
If the event is ‘sold out or fully booked’ then members can be placed on a waiting list and will be informed as soon as possible but could be within 24 hours of the event

Dress is ‘smart’ or ‘smart casual’
Accessibility
Please notify us of accessibility requirements when purchasing your ticket. We can then put arrangements in place.
Loss or Damage
The Savoy or Garden Media Guild cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to you or your personal effects. You visit the gardens at your own risk.
Videos and photography:
Video and photography is permitted and you should be aware that there will be widespread video and photography at the event.

If you book a garden visit, your personal details will be required to send you confirmation or other details, such as tickets, and may be used to send you a survey at the end.
