GMG Visit to the dahlia collection at Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire on Tuesday, September 29 at 1.30 (please note, this is a week later than the previously advertised date).

Keeping all fingers firmly crossed, and clutching my lucky white heather, I'm delighted to tell you that, all being well, we should have our second GMG garden visit of the year next month (after Belvoir Castle in February. Who remembers the snow?)

We are invited to visit historic Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire on Tuesday, September 29 (please note this is a week later than originally advertised). The garden's famous dahlia collection should be looking fantastic then, and we will get a tour of the garden and lots of tips on dahlia storage and propagation. Our visit will end with complimentary tea and cake in the café. The garden will be closed to the public that day so we'll have it all to ourselves.

Our visit will start at 1.30 and end about 4.30. It is free to GMG members; there is a £15 charge for non-members, payable in advance when booking. There are no restrictions on photography.
